If you wish to receive medical care, please note the following:
受付の際に、健康保険証と在留カードをご提示いただきます。確認できない場合は、診療をお断りすることがあります。
You will be asked to present your health insurance card and residence card at reception. If you are unable to provide these, medical care may be refused.
院内ではマスクのご着用をお願いいたします。（マスクはご持参ください。）
Please wear a mask inside the clinic. (Kindly bring your own.)
当院の外来診療は完全予約制です。当日の予約はできませんので、予定が決まり次第お電話またはWEBからご予約ください。ご予約がない場合、診療をお断りすることがあります。緊急性の高い場合は、お電話にてご相談ください。
Our outpatient services are by appointment only. Same-day appointments are not available, so please make a reservation by phone or through our website once your schedule is decided. Patients without an appointment may not be seen. For urgent medical needs, please contact us by phone.
日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい方は、必ず通訳の方とご来院ください。
Patients who are unable to communicate in Japanese must be accompanied by an interpreter.
